Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to enable students to have knowledge and skills about sports for the disabled. |
Course Content: | It includes concepts such as information about disabled sports, sports branches and physical activity. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To have knowledge about concepts such as disabled sports branches and physical activity 2) Identify and analyze problems in disability sport using basic information 3) Performs physical fitness tests for disability groups of people with disabilities and directs them to the most appropriate sports branches. 4) Plans research on sports activities that disabled people can do, interprets the results of their studies and writes the report abput that studies. 5) As a team member, the physiotherapist works multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary, communicates effectively and reflects individual skills and responsibilities to group work. |
