Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This course will focus on the importance of promoting an active lifestyle in society among people of all age groups and genders, with sports, physical and recreational activities, the application areas and benefits of approaches especially for children, women and the elderly.
Course Content: Fitness, physical activity, recreational activities, activities for the elderly, children, disabled, resistance exercises, aerobic exercises

1) Explains exercise methods
2) Can select appropriate exercise modalities
3) Gain skills on fitness, physical activity, recreational activities, activities for the elderly, children, disabled, resistance exercises, aerobic exercises
4) Body awareness and perception towards exercise develops.
5) Knows the human body's reactions to exercise and plans the rehabilitation process according to these reactions.
