Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to enable students to have knowledge and practice skills about functional rehabilitation.
Course Content: Information about injuries and preparation of a functional rehabilitation plan after these injuries

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To have theoretical and practical knowledge about functional rehabilitation
2) Identifying and analyzing problems using basic information
3) To have an idea about special topics in physiotherapy
4) Being sensitive to lifelong learning and self-development
5) To create rehabilitation programs for different pathologies in the light of up-to-date information and to implement these rehabilitation programs

1) Applies the methods for clinical applications and academic studies in the field of Sports Physiotherapy to a new field, plans, conducts, conducts original research, analyzes and reports with appropriate methods. 2
2) Uses the methods and technological tools and equipment required by the field. Transfers the knowledge at the level of evidence obtained as a result of scientific research to their applications. It publishes its results in national and international refereed journals and makes presentations at scientific meetings. 2
3) It adheres to ethical standards in the process of conducting and publishing its research and realizes the principles of lifelong learning. 3
4) It uses the knowledge in the field of Sports Physiotherapy for the benefit of the society and contributes to the national and international policies that improve public health. 1
