Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Within the scope of this course, returning to sports in athletes, performance evaluation, measuring current performance with various tests, designing special holistic programs for athletes according to goals, evaluation of endurance and performance disorders and treatment principles are discussed.
Course Content: Interpreting the data obtained from performance analysis in athletes and making decisions.

7) Speed tests, evaluation and application studies

12) Sports performance tests, factors affecting the results and situations that require stopping the test
