Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: It provides the definition of how exercise affects body systems on general physiology knowledge and experience, examining and understanding the adaptation and adaptation of the systems depending on the characteristics of the exercise, and examining the adaptation and effect to environmental conditions. It defines and provides insight into the effects of exercise in normal and pathological conditions, depending on age, gender and other factors.
Course Content: It includes defining current approaches in exercise physiology and making treatment planning.
