Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: In individuals with coronary risk factors, it is aimed to decrease the number of hospitalizations repeatedly, to increase the quality of life by reducing the symptoms, to decrease the health care expenditures, to increase the functional capacity, to improve the sense of psychological well-being and to increase the physical performance in daily life activities.
Course Content: Investigation of current coronary risk factors in the field of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Have information about coronary diseases, environment, inter-system relations, prevention.
2) Takes initiatives for health protection behavior
3) Discuss the physiotherapy program with the literature.
