Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To gain the ability to collect, analyze and interpret data in order to transform data into information in health and social fields, and to give basic information about Research Methodology and Statistics as a basis for research in the field of health.
Course Content: In health and social fields, data collection, analysis, use of appropriate statistical techniques and models, interpretation of results

4) Sampling and Sampling Methods, Hypothesis testing, Normal distribution and z test

Program Outcomes
1) To have, develop, deepen and use up-to-date knowledge at the level of expertise in order to fulfill the roles and functions of the obstetrics and gynecology nurse, based on undergraduate qualifications.
2) To be able to integrate, develop and share with different groups the comprehensive knowledge gained from the disciplines related to obstetrics and gynecology
3) To be able to carry out a planned research on the diagnosis and solution of problems in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
4) To be able to analyze the complex situations encountered in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, using problem-solving methods and to develop solutions.
5) To publish a scientific article in a national or international journal or to present it at a scientific meeting.
6) To be able to develop strategies, policies and implementation plans in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
7) Being able to act ethically, knowing the importance of ethical principles and ethical committees for the individual and society.
8) Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in at least one foreign language (European Language Portfolio General Level: B2 Level).
