Course Objectives: | To have an idea about the history and epidemiology of cancer. To understand the mechanisms of cancer formation. To learn about treatment options in cancer. |
Course Content: | Discussing the situation of cancer in the world and in our country. Understanding environmental and facilitating factors in cancer formation. Discussing the role of the immune system in cancer and learning about hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, which is a form of treatment. |
