Course Objectives: | At the end of this course, it is aimed that students gain competence in explaining social skills, expressing their feelings correctly, organizing and managing, as well as developing problem-solving skills by coping with the problems they face and finding appropriate solutions, and gaining awareness and competence to start and run a business by collaborating with a group using open communication channels. |
Course Content: | Having knowledge about the definition, evaluation of social skills and social skill models, gaining awareness of understanding, expressing, regulating and managing emotions, using communication skills effectively, gaining competence in problem solving and coping with stress, and performing applications for social skills in cooperation with the group constitute the content of the course. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Defines the concept of social skills. 2) Presents social skill models 3) Gains competence in regulating and managing her/his emotions. 4) Uses communication skills effectively. 5) When she encounters a problem, she/he offers a solution. 6) Starts and runs a business with the group. |
