Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: In this course, the reflections of media and communication environments on society, individual and culture will be discussed in the axis of basic theories and concepts. In the context of new media and sociology studies, current readings and theoretical discussions will be discussed.
Course Content: This course primarily reveals the relationship between communication and sociology, and then examines the effect of the new media phenomenon, which is a current field of communication, on social life.
