Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The first aim of this course is to help students learn the fundamentals of macroeconomics. Second aim is to provide students with an understanding of how macroeconomic issues form around us and lead to national and global effects.
Course Content: This course, as an introduction to macroeconomics, covers fundamentals of macroeconomics like inflation, investment, employment, short and long term economic policy, and comparative economic growth. Current macroeconomic issues will be discussed on the basis of theory.

1) Understand economic relations at macro level.
2) Explain the relations between macroeconomic variables.

10) They have the knowledge of universal ethical values, social responsibility awareness and sufficient level of labor law.
11) They can identify the individual learning needs and carries out studies to correct them by developing positive attitudes about lifelong learning.

13) They use information and communication technologies together with computer software at the advanced level of European Computer Driving License required by the field.
