Course Objectives: | To develop managerial and leadership skills towards understanding and managing the behavior and attitudes that arise in modern organizations and to gain the necessary insight to be able to solve such problems that are based on human resources |
Course Content: | Attitudes and job - life satisfaction; emotions and mood, personality and values, perception and attribution processes/ errors, motivation and leadership, group and team work, power and politics in organizations, positive and negative current issues in organizational behavior |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Learn the concepts of organizational behavior and explain human behavior in organizations 2) Apply theoretical knowledge about organizational behavior to behavioral and managerial problems 3) Can analyze behavioral and managerial problems at the individual, group, organizational level 4) Identify behavioral and attitudinal advantages and problems based on human resources 5) Can develop solutions to unwanted behaviors and problems in organizational life. 6) Can develop managerial and leadership skills 7) Can increase job availability by contributing to personal development |
