Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: 1. Ders, özellikle işletme öğrencileri için, ticaret ve ticaret dünyasında karşılaşabilecekleri temel yasal kavram ve uygulamalar hakkında çalışma bilgisi sağlamak amacıyla tasarlanmıştır.

2. Ağırlıklı olarak Türk hukukuna odaklanırken, mezunların gelecekteki kariyerlerinde ve mesleklerinde kendilerinden beklenebilecek gerekli becerilere sahip olmalarını ve Türkiye'de veya yurtdışında da girişimciler veya üst düzey yöneticiler olmalarını sağlamak için uluslararası bir bakış açısı sağlanması hedeflenmiştir.
Course Content: Introduction to law, basic concepts of civil law, rights, the acquisition of rights in good faith, the principle of good faith, the abuse of rights, human rights law, the capacity to have rights, the capacity to act, the origins of obligations, contracts, the validity conditions of contracts, the invalidity of contracts, introduction, performance forms, legal consequences of commercial enterprise, legal structure of commercial enterprise, legal consequences of being a merchant, business and commercial law.

1) İşletme hukukunun temel kavramlarını ve terminolojisini anlamak.
2) Farklı işletme türlerini anlamak ve ayırt etmek.
3) Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Farklı Ticari Kuruluş Türleri- (Farklı türdeki ticari kuruluşların Türk Ticaret Kanunu kapsamında oluşumunu, süresini ve sona ermesinin incelenmesi)

7) Solves complex business and global trade problems by using various statistical techniques and numerical methods and makes analyzes by using statistical programs effectively.
8) Uses a foreign language at the B1 General Level in terms of European Language Portfolio criteria according to the level of education.
9) Develops teamwork, negotiation, leadership and entrepreneurship skills.
10) Possess the knowledge of universal ethical values, social responsibility and sufficient legal and regulatory knowledge.

12) Students will be able to communicate their ideas and solutions both written and orally, and present and publish them on both national and international platforms.
13) Uses information and communication technologies together with computer software at the advanced level of European Computer Using License required by the field.
