Course Objectives: | 1. Ders, özellikle işletme öğrencileri için, ticaret ve ticaret dünyasında karşılaşabilecekleri temel yasal kavram ve uygulamalar hakkında çalışma bilgisi sağlamak amacıyla tasarlanmıştır. 2. Ağırlıklı olarak Türk hukukuna odaklanırken, mezunların gelecekteki kariyerlerinde ve mesleklerinde kendilerinden beklenebilecek gerekli becerilere sahip olmalarını ve Türkiye'de veya yurtdışında da girişimciler veya üst düzey yöneticiler olmalarını sağlamak için uluslararası bir bakış açısı sağlanması hedeflenmiştir. |
Course Content: | Introduction to law, basic concepts of civil law, rights, the acquisition of rights in good faith, the principle of good faith, the abuse of rights, human rights law, the capacity to have rights, the capacity to act, the origins of obligations, contracts, the validity conditions of contracts, the invalidity of contracts, introduction, performance forms, legal consequences of commercial enterprise, legal structure of commercial enterprise, legal consequences of being a merchant, business and commercial law. |
