Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To be able to comprehend the importance of determining the physical structures and operating methods of service operations in terms of service efficiency.
Course Content: Principles of quality in the service, Analyzing the authorized service departments and their operation, Capacity and service plans in after-sales services, Customer relations in after-sales services, Definition of the showroom, the importance of recognizing the duties and authorities of the salesperson. Learning the operation of mechanical workshop, after-sales services.
