Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To make students comprehend the basic concepts and principles of physics.
Course Content: Dimensional Analysis and Vectors, One-Dimensional and Two-Dimensional Motions, Newton's Laws of Motion, Work-Energy, Uniform circular motion, Vibration motion

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Gains the ability to measure and solve problems dealing with force and motion.
2) Learns the concepts of energy, work, and power and gains the ability to measure and solve problems related to these concepts.
3) Learns the concepts of linear momentum, thrust, and collision and gains the ability to measure and solve problems related to these concepts.
4) Understands the concepts of time, displacement, velocity, and acceleration in a circular orbit and has the ability to solve problems related to these concepts.
