Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this program is to give basic information about information systems, to give basic level usage skills of operating system and office application programs (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in order to become an active computer user.
Course Content: Researching methods and techniques of accessing information and gaining the ability to use it is within the scope of the "Information and Communication Systems Literacy" course. Basic concepts of information technologies such as Information, Informatics, Computer, Technological Development, professional concepts and applications, programming languages and current software (Word, Excel, Power Point) applications.

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Knows the basic concepts of Information and Communication Systems Literacy
2) Knows the basic structures and operation of the computer.
3) Recognizes the basic hardware that makes up the computer. about these can monitor developments.
