Course Objectives: | To teach the basic concepts related to stress, what to do in the stress environment and how to manage it and to give the consciousness of controlling stress. |
Course Content: | To discover the symptoms and stages of stress in individual and organizational processes, how to use their resources and, most importantly, how to deal with them. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To learn the concepts related to stress. 2) Learning of stress symptoms and resources 3) Learning the symptoms of stress on individual and organizational. 4) To learn methods of coping with stress 5) Dealing with stress in individual and organizational processes. |
