Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To teach the basic concepts related to stress, what to do in the stress environment and how to manage it and to give the consciousness of controlling stress.
Course Content: To discover the symptoms and stages of stress in individual and organizational processes, how to use their resources and, most importantly, how to deal with them.
