Course Objectives: | To provide general information about the storage, protection, filing, archiving and disposal of medical documents and to ensure that the medical secretary understands their duties and responsibilities in this field. |
Course Content: | Introduction to archives and filing, definition of archive, archive tour, archiving and filing techniques, patient files, archive system, patient files indexes, archival legislation, standard file plan. |
