Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This course will enable students to learn about the basic level of management, to recognize the concept of business and to understand the operation of the business.
Course Content: Introduction to Business, Characteristics of Business, Business Establishment and Diversity, Goals of Business and Management Functions, Operating Income and Costs, Human Resources and Public Relations

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To be able to explain the basic concepts of business, its aims and its relationship with other disciplines
2) To be able to sort business types
3) To be able to comprehend the establishment studies of the enterprises, the selection of the establishment location and the determination of the enterprise capacity.
4) To be able to comprehend the business functions (management, marketing, production, financing, etc.) and explain the relations between them.

2) Combining the basic principles of science with technology, he/she has an effective application skill in the field of physical therapy and rehabilitation
3) Has knowledge about treatment methods for muscle and skeletal systems.
4) He/she has the competence to use information technologies.
5) Be able to follow the innovations, changes and developments in science and technology and analyze them with an integrated approach.
6) He/she has the knowledge of the techniques and methods necessary to apply physical therapy, and the knowledge of ethical principles and rules.
7) Follows the knowledge in the field by using a foreign language at least at the A2 General Level of the European Language Portfolio.
8) He/she uses information and communication technologies together with computer software at the minimum level of European Computer Use License required by his/her field.
