| Course Objectives: | The aim of the course for each student; The aim of the course is to cover general pharmacology concepts; absorption, distribution, excretion and detoxification mechanisms and to teach some class of drugs mechanisms of action and its's clinical use. |

1) Define basic concepts in pharmacology and toxicology. 2) Comprehends the basic mechanisms of action of drugs. 3) Comprehends biological responses created by pharmacological agents 4) Learns pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties of drugs effective in organ systems. 5) Evaluates the adverse effects of drugs. |
