Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To comprehend development and learning processes, to learn teaching techniques suitable for different developmental periods.
Course Content: In this course, the basic concepts of developmental psychology, physical, cognitive, emotional development, personality, social and language development, learning theories, the application of development and learning theories to learning and teaching processes will be studied.

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Understands the relationship psychology and education
2) Knows the developmental characteristics of students. Comprehends the importance of developmental characteristics in the preparation and implementation of educational programs
3) Knows the effects of the development process in the educational environment

5) Knows the stages of personality development. Discuss its effects in teaching environments
