Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: How to make periodontal examination, diagnosis and treatment plan. Successful use of periodontal hand instruments on phantom models within the correct ergonomic rules.
Course Content: Periodontal examination, diagnostic methods and treatment planning, successful use of periodontal instruments on phantom models within the correct ergonomic rules

Learning Outcomes

1) Knows and uses intraoral periodontal examination methods
2) Can use periodontal hand instruments correctly and ergonomically, can work with finger rest in the mouth, can use the dental mirror correctly
3) Works ergonomically and by sitting in the correct position
