Course Objectives: | This course focuses on crisis management of organizations, investigates in details an important management area where many organizations lack of and gives an important insight and perspective to students including case studies. |
Course Content: | Definition of crisis, preparation for crisis, methods to get protected from crisis, management at crisis, planning and organization after crisis. |

1) Knows the competencies and responsibilities of the profession, has the theoretical and practical knowledge about the basic physical principles of dialysis. | |||||||||||||||
2) General aspects of nephrology have knowledge about renal failure, renal diseases, fluid electrolyte problems and develops solutions when faced with an unpredictable situation. | |||||||||||||||
3) Hemodiafiltration uses peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis device. | |||||||||||||||
4) Can follow the patient from end to end in hemodialysis. | |||||||||||||||
5) To be aware of social, scientific, cultural and professional ethical values and use them in working environment. | |||||||||||||||
6) Have information about dialysis treatment methods and types. He constantly trains himself by following the technological and scientific developments in dialysis. | |||||||||||||||
7) It has the awareness of lifelong learning and directs its education to an advanced level of education in the same field or to a profession at the same level. | |||||||||||||||
8) It is prone to teamwork and has the ability to communicate effectively with other members of the health team. | |||||||||||||||
9) It follows information in the field by using a foreign language at least at the level of European Language Portfolio A2 General Level. | |||||||||||||||
10) Uses information and communication technologies together with computer software at the basic level of at least European Computer Driving License required by the field. | |||||||||||||||
