Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the course for each student;
To gain the ability of expressing himself / herself effectively in interpersonal relations, gaining the ability to sustain the communication process effectively, to know the characteristics of effective relationship with the individuals receiving services, to be able to define effective and non-effective communication techniques, to use effective communication techniques in interviews with individuals (client / patient), The group and the health team are expected to play an active role
Course Content: The concept of communication, the importance of communication in human relations and the factors affecting communication, the basic characteristics and needs of human, human and affective process with the cognitive aspect, self, body image, self-esteem, identity concept, self-awareness and awareness, human behavior characteristics, group dynamics and communication in groups , therapeutic communication and empathy, anger management, conflict and conflict management strategies in interpersonal relations, communication in special cases and understanding and application of all these information in the field of health

1) Understand the concepts and concepts related to the field of health at the undergraduate level, and have advanced theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks, application tools and other sources of current information in the field of health. 1
