Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: In case of accident and injury, those who intervene in the first aid training, to maintain life, to prevent injury and shorten the recovery process is to play a decisive role.
Course Content: They will learn the importance of first aid, in case of shock, bleeding, trauma and soft tissue injuries, burns, poisoning, biting and sting, first aid for resistance to hot cold, triage and basic life support.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To be able to define first aid concept and its primary purposes
2) To be able to discuss basic principles of basic first aid
3) Ability to provide basic life support for infants, children and adult
4) Ability to do basic first aid
5) Summarize general the techniques of patient and injured transport.
