Course Objectives: | This course aims to teach the philosophy, basic principles and practices of Yoga. |
Course Content: | This course; Basic principles of yoga techniques, theoretical basis, Basic practice of Yoga Basic definition of Yogasana and applications of sessions. Teaching Yoga practices: Breathing exercises, Warm-up Exercises and Suryanamaskar, Relaxation exercises, Asana practices-I, Asana practices -II, Basic Yoga program practice. It includes examples of yoga practice in a clinical setting, group exercise training, criteria for establishing a yoga class. |
