Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Occupational Health and Safety , being informed about employees and employers rights and liabilities, being informed about sources of danger in workplaces, know-how about risk assesment, being informed about occupational accident and occuoational disesas principle, being informed about principle of basic first aid.
Course Content: Health and Safety Culture, Basic Concepts of Occupational Health and Safety, Rights and Obligations, Hazard Sources in Work Environments, Risk Assessment, Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases, Basic First Aid Principles

5) Understands the causes of work accident and occupational disease, can prevent accidents with a preventive approach,

Program Outcomes
1) Based on the qualifications gained in secondary education; Understand the concepts and concepts related to the field of health at the undergraduate level, and have advanced theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks, application tools and other sources of current information in the field of health. 2 1
2) Knowledge of nature, source, limits, accuracy, reliability and validity of knowledge. 2
3) Uses the field-specific, advanced theoretical and factual knowledge acquired at the undergraduate level.
