Course Objectives: | It is aimed to give theoretical and practical information about Quality, ISO 9000 Standards, Total Quality Management (TQM) and Quality Standards, and to gain knowledge and skills for recording, monitoring and keeping the relevant documents. The TQM Standards applied in the sector are to obtain applied knowledge and the ultimate aim is to create quality awareness. The aim of the course is to use problem solving techniques by using quality tools, to teach corrective action information for nonconformities and to enrich information with advanced statistical information. |
Course Content: | Introduction and Development of Quality and Total Quality Management Concepts and Related Concepts, Total Quality Management and Development, TQM Requirements, Supplementary Barriers to TQM // Training in TQM and Deming's Principles, Statistical Tools and Techniques in Quality Management, Quality Standards-ISO 9000-//Introducing the Concepts Related to Quality Management in Health Services, Quality and Accreditation Standards Statistics, Six Sigma.
