Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The main aim of this course is to increase students' basic communication skills.

The course provides a basic formation about communication culture&strategies&methods on self communication, social communication and organizational communication.

Course is a main resource for students to increase their communication skills in business life, to communicate effectively, to plan and execute communication strategies .

It also provides information about communication methods and methods in technology culture within the scope of 21st century competencies.
Course Content: Communication management, effective communication processes, strategy and planning in communication management, organizational communication, content and content production in communication, technology in communication management, culture in communication management, communication management skills

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Students increase awareness of communication skills.
2) Students understand the methods and benefits of effective communication in business life.
3) Students gain awareness about how communication can increase the impact and benefit of jobs.
4) Students within the scope of 21st century competencies, increase their knowledge on communication technologies, network effects in communication, social impact in communication.
5) Students get the basis to develop 'self-management skills' by increasing self communication skills.
