Course Objectives: | The objective is to train pharmacists who apply the basic communication skills required for effective communication with patients, caregivers, other healthcare personnel and society |
Course Content: | Principles of basic communication skills Communication skills for improving patient compliance Communication skills for enhancing safe use of drugs Communication skills for facilitating patient behavioral change Communication skills for different patient types Interprofessional collaboration and communication skills |
