Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The course aims to provide students to gain an inside to build a productive and efficient human resource and manage human capital in organizations. It also aims to provide students to understand, analyze and develop solutions to organizational problems by informing them about the employee related behaviors and attitudes they may encounter in business life
Course Content: Job analysis and HR planning; recruitment & placement& personality; HR development, training, career planning& perception; compensation; performance management & motivation; Employee relations & leadership; work related attitudes and behaviors
