Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This course aims to introduce students to the basic theories and application areas of positive psychology.
Course Content: The positive psychology course, subjects such as happiness, mental resilience and flexibility, making life meaningful, optimism, developing emotional intelligence, multiple intelligences, improving quality of life, strengthening subjective well-being, and increasing positive emotions and experiences will be covered.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Knows that the protection and development of psychological health is the basis of a happy harmonious life.
2) Has knowledge of improving relationships and interactions with others.
3) Has knowledge about subjective well-being.
4) To develop a deeper insight in the current research focused on human strengths and virtues.
