Course Objectives: | To define general and oral and dental health, to explain the components of health, to teach methods to determine the factors that are effective in the protection of health. |
Course Content: | Definition of community oral and dental health and preventive medicine; Individual and social factors affecting health and oral and dental health; Community-based, planned programs and methods to improve oral and dental health; Fluor applications for the society and the individual; Acute and chronic fluorine toxicity; Other protective methods that can be applied to society and the individual |
