Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the course is to give the students who will work as cabin staffs the
skills of addressing with the service understanding, clothes and effective speaking techniques that should be exhibited in the airplane.
Course Content: Students will have information on how to contact these passengers, how
to make the necessary announcements, and what rules should be dressed when working in an institutional company.
