Course Content: | What is yoga, What is children's yoga, Benefits of children's yoga Warm-up exercises, Classroom management, Rules to be considered by the instructor, Basic children's yoga movements and benefits, Basic children's yoga movements and benefits, Meditation methods, Breathing techniques, Story options, Games, Relaxation and visualisation techniques, Examples of yoga with stories. |
