Course Objectives: | The course aims to provide students to understand, analyze and develop solutions to organizational problems by informing them about the behaviors and attitudes they may encounter in business life |
Course Content: | Attitudes and job satisfaction; emotions and moods; personality and values; perception and attribution process; motivation and leadership; group and team working; power and politics in organizations |
The students who have succeeded in this course;

2) General aspects of nephrology have knowledge about renal failure, renal diseases, fluid electrolyte problems and develops solutions when faced with an unpredictable situation. | |||||||||||||||
3) Hemodiafiltration uses peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis device. | |||||||||||||||
4) Can follow the patient from end to end in hemodialysis. | |||||||||||||||
5) To be aware of social, scientific, cultural and professional ethical values and use them in working environment. | |||||||||||||||
6) Have information about dialysis treatment methods and types. He constantly trains himself by following the technological and scientific developments in dialysis. | |||||||||||||||
7) It has the awareness of lifelong learning and directs its education to an advanced level of education in the same field or to a profession at the same level. | |||||||||||||||
8) It is prone to teamwork and has the ability to communicate effectively with other members of the health team. | |||||||||||||||
