Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the course for each student;
Identification how the exercise effect the body sistems on the accumulation and knowledge of general physiology, to comprehend by examining the adaption and compliance of systems depending on the nature of exercise and provides analysis of the effect and adapting to enviromental conditions. It provides to comprehend and definition of the effects of exercise depending on the normal and pathological conditions,age,gender and other factors.
Course Content: Physiological effects of exercise and sport on body systems, physiological mechanisms involved in the development of performance, blood, muscle, respiration, adaptation of the cardiovascular system to exercise, metabolism changes in exercise, acid-base balance, fatigue formation and the effects of fatigue on the individual, environmental factors, condition tests and assessment of fitness, advanced examination of topics.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To knows the mechanisms simply and clearly of most affected systems on exercise
2) To realize the importance of the effects of systems to each other and effects of exercise and during loading of all these systems
3) To distinguish answers the systems according to variations of age and child, woman,man differences.
4) To knows the effect of enviromental conditions on individual diffirences and diversity systems
5) To comprehend the use of short and effective method is the most informed way
