Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To examine the institutional stages of diplomacy from past to present and its place in international relations.
Course Content: The evolution and evolution of diplomacy will be discussed in the historical process. In this context, terms such as balance of power, European Harmony, secret agreements and open diplomacy will be discussed. The process of transition from old diplomacy to modern diplomacy will be discussed.
