Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To help students understand, analyze and develop solutions to organizational problems by informing them about the behaviors and attitudes they may encounter in business life and to help them understand their own and other employees' behaviors
Course Content: The course covers topics such as personality, emotions, perception and attribution, motivation, leadership, power and conflict that will allow employees and managers to better understand and explain behavior and attitudes in organizations, as well as current issues in organizational behavior
