Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Strategy, strategy in organizations, definition and classification of organizations, emergence and deficiency of strategy, organizational systems, development of strategies in the perspective of organizational theory, explanation of the basic features of industrial dynamics, corporate and business strategies, strategies as a process, strategies as a field of theory and application, strategy schools and to have knowledge about value chain concepts.
Course Content: Definition of Strategy, strategy in organizations, definition and classification of organizations, emergence and deficiency of strategy, organizational systems, development of strategies in the perspective of organizational theory, explanation of the basic features of industrial dynamics, corporate and business strategies, definition of strategies as a process, definition of strategies as a field of theory and application. and its classification, strategy schools and value chain concepts.
