Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: 1. To give the students a base level of marketing knowledge.
2. To teach the students to develop rigorous theoretical arguments about marketing related topics.
3. To teach the students to analyse the marketing processes with a scope from determining needs to purchasing.
4. To provide adequate preparation for future marketing classes.
Course Content: Marketing principles, marketing strategies, product life cycle, new product development, pricing, distribution channel and supply chain management, direct marketing, consumer behaviour, competitive strategies, integrated marketing communications and positioning.
