Course Objectives: | The course objectives for each student are: To evaluate the effects of physical activity on a healthy lifestyle and to recognize its importance. To define basic concepts related to health and physical activity. To explain the impact of physical inactivity on various systems. To explain the effects of physical activity on a healthy lifestyle. To explain the importance of physical activity in different age groups. |
Course Content: | It focuses on the importance of physical activity for maintaining the health of different groups. In this course, students gain a basic understanding of acquiring and maintaining healthy lifestyle behaviors and physical activity programming. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) The student learns the basic elements of health, the factors affecting health and the effect of physical activity on health. 2) Learns the basic differences between physical activity, exercise and sport. 3) Learns basic physical activity recommendations for different disease groups. |
