Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To ensure that students are informed about factors of business and society such as social responsibility, ethics, ecology and sustainable growth. To ensure that students learn the current topics and concepts in the scope of the course, so that they can make quick and accurate decisions so that they will be successful in the businesses they will work with.
Course Content: Introduction to the Course and Basic Concepts, Analysis of the Business Model, Analysis of the Hierarchy of Goals, The Effects of Globalization on the Businesses, Technology as an Environmental Factor, Concept of Social Responsibility in Business and Social Responsibility, Management Concept of Ethics in Business, Dilemma on Business, Image in Business, Shareholders and Corporate Governance as an Environmental Factor, Media as an Environmental Factor, Ecological Approaches to Business, Reputation in Business, Business Administration and 21st Century

5) They have in-depth knowledge on the current issues of the Turkish economy and the global economy.
6) They have in-depth knowledge on the history of the Turkish economy and basic level knowledge on the history of the global economy.
7) Using various statistical techniques and numerical methods, they establish correct economic models and make analyzes by using statistical programs effectively.
8) They use a foreign language at least at the B1 General Level in terms of European Language Portfolio criteria according to the level of education.
9) They improve their skills of teamwork, negotiation, leadership and entrepreneurship.
10) They have universal ethical values, social responsibility awareness and adequate knowledge of business law.
