Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to discuss the changing management approach depending on the change and transformation of the social structure in Turkey. In this way, the participants understand the demands of the society for change and enable them to discuss the changing management organization structures. |
Course Content: | Public administration reforms, non-governmental organizations and public administration, the place of civil society in the understanding of new public administration and governance. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Knows the concept of Civil Society and its historical transformations. 2) Medieval transformations define feudalism and the old social structure in the Ottoman empire 3) Defines management philosophy and organizational transformation 4) Uses scientific research methods with an interdisciplinary and multi-dimensional perspective. 5) Show that he / she has the competence to research, comment and analyze on the subjects related to the field. |
