Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To increase knowledge and understanding of health communication and to examine health communication practices in various fields. In addition, health communication is the technique of informing, influencing and motivating institutional, individual and social audiences about important health problems, and improving the quality of life in addition to disease prevention, health policy and health work.
Course Content: Learning the basic concepts of communication and health communication, how to communicate with patients and their relatives, how to communicate with individuals with special conditions, and what health communication means in a social sense will be taught in this course.
