Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The purpose of Health Law course; Health managers should know the right to interpret the legislation in service provision, taking measures to protect the rights of society in access to health by increasing confidence in health and to develop awareness of responsibility.
Course Content: Health Law, health management and health policy to create legislation, taking into account international and national doctrines to write procedures in the service presentation, health and patient rights in the form of appropriate services.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;

3) Develops a sense of responsibility in service provision
4) Understands and applies Health and Patient Rights in the light of ethical concepts
5) Knows the importance of ethics, patient rights, emergency and disaster situations in health institutions and takes necessary measures
