Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to enable students to learn the fundamentals of Turkish law in practice and theory.
Course Content: The basic principles of law, the understanding of law and the principles of legal reasoning, general principles of law, the concept of justice and equality, the sources of law, the emergence of law, its function, its regulatory character, the legitimacy of law, the concept of social order, constitute the subject of the course of the beginning of law. The course is supported by a summary introduction to the basic principles of legal methodology. It is aimed to inform beginners about the basic concepts of law, what law is and how it should be. The rules such as justice, fairness and equality, respect for human rights, the state being a state of law, which are the purpose and ideal goal of law, will be the subject of examination, and the general concepts of law will be tried to be explained within a system under a general perspective of law.

3) Have foresight and knowledge about possible legal problems that may arise in daily life and business life.
