Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: It is aimed to understand the definition and basic principles of risk management, to define the risks in health services and to learn the risk management practices carried out to reduce these risks, to realize the risk concept and to understand the importance of the measures that can be taken to minimize the risk.
Course Content: Risk analysis basic definitions and concepts, risk types, risk management process, development and content of enterprise risk management, risk management models in country practices, legal regulations for enterprise risk management, activities for risk control, strategic risk management, factors affecting enterprise risk management practice and tools, internal audit system, scope and features, internal audit system focused on enterprise risk management, organizational structure of enterprise risk management.
